light comes on when it wants to... goes dim, then bright, then dim... I've taken the batteries out of it and thrown it away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hands down the best flashlight ever

I love these flash lights! I own three and keep one at each door to the outside. I end up using each daily to walk the dogs. They are small and light weight in comparison to the old 3cell lights I used to use in the past. Batteries last 2-3 times longer in these than the old 3cell lights and these G450’s are bright! I typically use it in the narrow beam configuration but I like that I can expand to wide band if needed. This is just a great flashlight!!
