I had a great experince with their lifetime warranty. I purchased this light and loved it. Heavy duty, bright, and well made. Something happened causing my first one to quit. I teached out to support for guidance and had a nrw light in hand 4 days later at no cost. Very happy with the purchase and company.

This is my second Coast flashlight, as I had to return the first one for a minor issue with the battery terminal. The warranty exchange process was made very simple and had the replacement in a week. I have been very impressed with the flashlight and the company as a whole!

Honor Warranty

I've had a HP550 for several years. They had replaced it once with another 550 before the battery issue was known with the unit. The replacement worked a long time then the batteries stuck, as all 550's do. They replaced it for a second time with a newer model no questions ask. The replacement is as bright and heavy as the old one. I also had a headlamp that put up with many years of abuse without problems.
