This is the best flashlight I have ever owned. Extremely bright, it is versatile and very user friendly. I purchased this light because my older lights had worn our or just quit working and I already owned a Coast PX45 which I really like and I have not been disappointed. If you need a very bright and dependable flashlight, the G450 is the ticket. I highly recommend.

This was a warranty replacement for my HP550. The warranty was hassle free a great company. My new flashlight G450 is great works very well and is smaller than the Hp550

This G450 is a warranty replacement for a now discontinued product . The size is perfect , on off switch in good location . I was pleasantly surprised that with 2 less batteries than my previous light that it was actually brighter . The focus is excellent also.
The only drawback I see is the battery carrier . As with other coast products , the batteries are put in a cylinder type container and then dropped into the body of the flashlight. I worry that if through a fault of my own that if I damage the battery container , whether it would be a warranty replacement .
It would be nice if on the website they sold replacement battery trays or made a rechargeable battery pack that you could drop in and use as an option.
Maybe in the future this will be available.
With that small exception this is the PERFECT flashlight!

I received this G450 as a replacement on a warranty claim on a HP550 which was discontinued, the G450 is about 400 lumens brighter than the HP550, warranty claim was very simple and stress free customer service was outstanding and I received my replacement in a eek or less

The first one I bought kinda failed… it was like you couldn’t change the batteries so the company helped me get a replacement. The replacement arrived in a box in December. So I wrapped it and put it under the tree. To the whole family. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet.

Good For One Battery Cycle

I thought the G450 was a great flashlight until it was time to change the batteries. After changing the batteries, the flashlight has completely stopped working after less than 6 months. Tried the batteries in every orientation possible. Unreal. Stay away from this brand. It will start great, but end horribly. A complete waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
