I love Coast lights! A bought a couple a few years back and they have served me flawlessly - they have great brightness and a nice clean beam. The battery life is so good that I hadn't needed to change them in a while - when I went to do that I found the batteries were fused within the flashlight body. One email exchange with Coast and a replacement light was shipped out the same day! I was stunned, and needless to say I'm a loyal fan for life. I will never purchase or use another brand. A+

Got my first G20 as a present from a friend. It is awesome. Light, tough, bright and fits easily in shirt or pants pocket. Mine gets used often when I need to have a target area that must be illuminated for inspection, Also the inspection beam works well when walking across dark areas by merely elevating the light about shoulder height and voila! You get a clear circle of light to light your way. Hope you make these forever as they are among the best lights in existence.

the thing broke

I bought this yesterday and it stopped working 15 mins after I opened, I tried to replace the batteries but to no success. I don't think it is a burnt bulb because of the bright LED it has. I just got frustrated because I love the sleek pen like, pocket sized design. and now I have lame metal tube with a button on the back, I bought one for my sister last year and hers works great. I am guessing I just lucked out with a lemon.

I have 5 Coast flashlights one is a big Maglite that is a thousand Lumina I love it but it's big and heavy nice if you need a weapon 2 also I have the little pin lights they are really cool and I have one that goes on your head I like that one as well I seen one with 90000 Lumen ohms and I would love to have that one. They're just great flashlights. You can't go wrong for the money.

Best light ever! Now on my third one...lost the first and the lense on the second is very hazy(scratched)but still works, I am now going to keep a vinyl cap over the lense on the new one when in my pocket. I keep this clipped in my front pants pocket and the only down fall this almost perfect inspection light has is that occasionally I have bumped the switch and drained the batteries( gives a whole new meaning to hot pocket), I have worn it with a plastic cap ( from a roll of copper tubing) on the switch end thru 3 lights now! It works but is not esthetically pleasing.

Recess the switch and lense ends to protect these components from accidental turn ons and scratches from pocket contents. 2mm on the switch end and
4 mm more on the lense end should do it, this could even be made to be a “Tactical” addition and then Coast would have the most perfect EDC inspection light available at a reasonable price. Now get to it and conquer the market!

Great little pen light.

I had a G20 sometime back and gave it away. I seen I could buy the rechargeable battery for it so decided to get a couple more of them. Now I have a light for in the house when needed. I can say the G20 is a great little pen light, dependable gives off very good light.
My wife decided she was taking one of them to have in her purse. Coast lights have always been a trusted product in our house, at work and outdoors. My wife says I have a Coast fetish because of all the different Coast products we have! I have only needed to use the Coast warranty twice in all the years of owning them and I can say that they stand behind it. Very good service and totally professional.
I’m happy to say I will be a Coast customer for a long time to come. Thank You Coast!

Extremely durable & dependable

This is my 3rd G20, having lost one previously and one that had a switch issue. It still would work but sometimes I’d have to give it a slight tap against something for it to come on. The best part? I called Coast and told them about this issue and they immediately sent me a replacement although I’d had it for months! Coast restored my faith in Customer Service going above and beyond! I use it mostly for my truck pretrips as I usually leave out pretty early in the mornings before daylight. I also have a coast headlamp I use while unloading in the dark and both are awesome products well worth the money!
I would recommend this to a friend!
