I bought this flashlight about 5 years ago and it stopped working. Contacted the warranty number and had a replacement at my house within 2 weeks with minimum hassle. Excellent flashlight and a company that stands behind and fully supports its products. Strongly recommend.

I bought my G26 at least 7-8 years ago and used it in my job. Wish they'd had rechargeable then but what the hey. Anyway I'm writing because I wanted you to know how durable this flashlight is. We had a storm at our house the other night and tree branches fell on my son's new truck. It was night and while he initially thought he had incurred scratches on that new paint that was not the case but he took it out on my G26. Built like a rock it now has dents on both ends and the lens is gone but still it shines bright. Thank you.

Very handy and reliable flashlight

I got the G26 flashlight as a replacement for a G25 unit that went bad prematurely. The customer service at COAST was excellent and they sent me promptly a new G26 unit. This new unit is much better and reliable, it works as expected.

Ive had 3 coast products. A G25 and Two G26's. The power on off button quit working on the G25 and on one of the G26's. Im now on my replacement G26 so we will see if this one will last more than a couple months. I will say coast replaced both of the broken ones per warranty.
