The metal parts arrived dented

The metal parts arrived dented and scratched. After a few months the canopy has completely lost its color on the top. The set was not even in direct sun. The cushions are not thick enough to be comfortable on the metal slat seat. I gave it a 3 because it does seem sturdy.

Nice Quality Swing

This swing is sturdy, easy to assemble and heavy enough that it shouldn't blow over easily. Having said that...I was concerned when I saw the box it was delivered in. Quite flimsy, Very beat up when it arrived. there was a hole in one end and some of the parts were sticking out. Each metal part of the swing is in plastic, but besides that, no protective packing at all. All the parts just banged around in the box. The swing and frame parts have multiple scratches, far too many for what we paid for the swing. Had I bought it at a box store, I would have taken it back for a different swing. Styrofoam between the parts would have prevented all the scratches. Surprised there was nothing. There is one very bad dent in one of the main A frame legs. The material for the seats and canopy are nice and comfortable, but not heavy duty...we will bring in the cushions at night, and we do that with our other outdoor furniture anyway, no problem. Overall, solid built, very nice looking unit. We enjoyed using it this first evening. Fix the packaging and I would rate it a 5 star.

Best upgrade for backyard

I purchased this swing as a gift for my wife. Very happy about my decision since both of us love it very much. Great product of excellent design and quality. Very comfortable to sit to relax. Now we are spending more time in the backyard and prefer to have breakfast, Coffee, beer sitting back on it.

Received product in a few days, assembling it was a little challenging as the instructions are somewhat non descriptive on some points. Only took a couple times to get it assembled correctly. It’s good that there is a picture on the box that shows it fully assembled. My wife and I like it very much. Only downside are the plastic tables on the sides, kinda cheapens the swing.

very nice swing

This is a very nice swing, I am happy with the overall sturdy quality. I received it on time and it was not difficult to put together. My only complaint is that some of it had some scratches on it and one of the legs was dented. But not serious enough for me to send it back. We are enjoying it! If it weren't for the scratches and dent I would give it 5 stars.
