[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift from my employer, choosing from Loop & Tie. I like it, and it does the job. It's my first week of using it, and I've already cooked several foods with it.
I only have two complaints. One, the item arrived with some scratches on the handle. Two, there isn't enough information in the manual for some things that appear on the screen. We saw an H once, but we didn't know what it meant and couldn't verify it from the manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use and very functional. However, the company forces you to fill out a review to register the warranty which is a very shady business practice.
