Review Required for Warranty Registration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this item. Haven’t used it yet. Opened the box to unpack it and found the warranty card. In order to register the item for your warranty, you’re required to write a review first then screenshot it. If you don’t do this, they won’t accept your warranty registration. Also, in order to post the review you have to agree to the terms & conditions which requires you to consent to receiving marketing emails.
Like I said; I haven’t used the item yet so I can’t comment on how well it works. I do wonder how accurate any of these reviews are in light of the fact that you have to submit one in order to register for your warranty. Is this legal?

Decent product

Started using this and it cooks well, but my issues are:
- Basket doesn't seem close all the way when the product is warm, and I tried pushing hard, which still didn't work. Today it does close all the way, but it hasn't been used so is cold. Perhaps the heat expands it in such a way to making closing a challenge.
- The product powers on and stays that way when the basket is fully inserted, regardless of pushing the power button, which is not good. This contradicts the instructions.
- Codes appeared during operation that aren't explained in the user manual. What codes can appears and what do they mean?
- The last question in this review asks "Did you receive an incentive for this review?". The only option to choose from is Yes. Where is the No option?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got one and I opened the box all excited just to realize that the air fryer doesn't work. Tried reaching out to support and register for warranty and they want me to give them a review for a product I have not been able to use

Sleek and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air fryer looks great on my countertop, with a very sleek design, and is very compact considering that it’s 5 quarts! Also very easy to use, with the digital display and removable basket that’s dishwasher safe.
