I received this as a gift and am pretty happy with it! I thought the tray inside would hold a bit more, but I've been pleased with what I've made in it. However, it is no longer allowing me to put it over 400 degrees. Is that normal?

I selected this item from my employer's gift program. I was super excited. Nice sleek and highly rated. It makes a loud rattling noise when warming up. Scared its going to blow a socket. Would return but it was a gift
