Poor Print Quality

Print quality is poor. Faint lines running through document Repeatedly ran print nozzle cleaning and alignment. Printer uses more ink than previous Brother model J6935DW. Tried to contact Brother support waited an hour and half on hold waiting on agent. Chat bot no better, no reply when you clicked submit

Never works properly.

This unit isn't very useful as every single time I want to use it I have to run it through 3-4 cleaning cycles. The nozzles seem to dry out/clog every day. Very disappointing. I am sorry I ever bought this printer.

NOTE: A deep cleaning of the print heads would be needed called a Initial Purge.
