I love how reliable it prints. I dislike that if I make an error and print documents 2-sided, and the backside is clean, that the toner still counts against me as a page even though it used no toner.

HP ink cartridges are good, but the price is outrageous. It is no wonder there are refills and knockoffs out there. Your marketing department should consider using price as a tool to increase sales from business you have lost to your competitors.
