[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of our printers are HP and this cartridge goes to our color laser printer. We get a lot of pages from each cartridge and have never had any problems with cartridges or printers (until they get really old).

Their advice was to just print several pages, the colored smears along the edges will disappear "sooner or later." They never did. I returned them, and I ordered a set of HP cartridges, which arrived the next day. The first page out was perfect! And every page thereafter has also been perfect. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Emphatically yes, every penny!
