No streaks. I bought an off brand and had random spots and lines all throughout every page I printed. Had to go back to HP and I am thankful I did. I just want reliable color and not have to worry....my clients are happy and therefore I am happy:)
I bought this a month ago and I have been happy with it in the past, but this time the yellow toner has started leaving yellow streak marks on my printed papers. I tried cleaning the printer, but still leaving the marks. Not happy with that effect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm really sorry that you have a yellow imprint on your printed pages. I can see why you are not happy with this!
If the paper being used is appropriate for the print jobs, you have done the cleaning, and the environment is not too humid for the printer, it would seem that you have a defective cartridge.
When it seems that a problem is caused by a defective cartridge, please contact us: hp.com/contactHP
I have not been able to get the old cartridge out and the new cartridge seems too big to get into it even if I could get the old one out. Its frustrating and I've given up using my printer.
