I purchased knock off toner pack and I was not happy with the splotches of toner all over my printouts. First it was magenta, then blue splotches. Just didnt look professional. Original HP toners is well worth the price for perfect printouts.

Our site, www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/returnsandexchanges, helps get an exchange in cartridges. The only caveat is that you must be within the return window. Hopefully, the new cartridge sent to you will fit your needs.
