Just started using this toner - I can see it is bigger than the original cartridge. I hope the printer will last longer than this toner - I get many error messages and no support since it is over 1 year old.

I purchased replacement cartridges for our HP printer directly from you guys for a couple of reasons; 1.) Freshest "magic stuff" inside. Hasn't been sitting on a vendors shelf for who knows how long! 2.) Latest technology on cartridges design., 3.) It will fit!. Not a make-shift adapted cartridge, 4.) Backed by HP's guarantee should there be a problem.

HP OEM cartridges cost more than they should, but the quality, longevity, and printer compatibility are invaluable. In the unlikely event of a problem, I know HP will take care of it without any finger pointing between suppliers. Peace of mind has a cost.
