I see you were sent the incorrect cartridge. I am very sorry that happened to you. I can quickly resolve this issue through an exchange. Our site, www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/returnsandexchanges, helps get an exchange in cartridges. The only caveat is that you must be within the return window.
