Purchased ink refills and these were sent promptly and I had no problem with them, In addition I purchased a Microsoft program (365) and somehow (my error? perhaps) and the email I received from HP for securing it to upload, etc. was lost. Requested a second copy of instructions and have yet to hear squat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I will never use off brand, I've seen the results on other printers than my own and I am not impressed, especially when you do a side by side comparison of same printer model, same paper and HP toner vs economy toner. Shipping is quick, you will not be disappointed. It is well worth the extra money when quality is what you're looking for. I do some desktop publishing and this has never failed.
