Plastic mouse service glued to Gel (not one piece)

The problem with this mouse pad is it's not one piece but two pieces a Gel bottom and plastic glued mouse surface. The result is the plastic after one week is already coming apart. It's just a lousy product and Staples has a much better product Staples had a single-piece mouse pad that is just using a standard mouse surface. This is a much better choice.

Plastic and too slippery for me to use but it was the only one in the store with the hand rest for carpal tunnel. Looking for something to put on top of it to make it less slippery.

I've had this about a week and a half and it is super comfy. The low rating is due to the black track pad part being a literal sticker. Not just stuck on a sticker. The adhesive does not stick well to the bendy silicone and came off. I am keeping it though since the wrist rest is very comfy for me and I like the texture feel

Make the packaging more user friendly by making it easier to open. Cut the gel pad trying to open it. Also the area for mouse should be larger.
