Gel mouse pad is really easy on the wrist and lets you rest comfortably as you use the mouse. Pad sticks to any smooth table or desk so it won’t move around— like my old mouse pad. Great purchase!

Helped my wrist tremendously. My only complaint is the area where the mouse rolls on is poorly glued on and the edges lift off where it meets the wrist support area.

I was not using a wrist rest prior to this and found my wrist was getting sore. After just a few days with the new mousepad my wrist feels better. The gel makes it very comfortable too.
