Poor Quality

I purchased one pad and it had a little nub that stuck up in the middle of the pad so that every time you move your mouse it would hit it. I tried to pick it off with a fingernail but it wouldn't come off so I returned it for another. After one day of using the second pad the surface that the mouse rolls over started to come away from the bottom part near the wrist rest. Decided NOT to try for a third. I do not recommend this staples product.

The quality was terrible for the price. The mouse pad layer was de-laminated when I opened it. It will be returned.

Great .... but the packaging is not.

I bought this to replace my 9-year old mouse pad just like it. I had tape holding the gel in...because it started leaking out and making everything gooey. So...in trying to open newly purchase one the packaging was practically IMPOSSIBLE for me to open and I accidentally knicked the new mouse pad in the gel area so it started leaking gel immediately. So now I have a new one and it’s already patched up with Gorilla Tape. Not happy that this happened and I don’t think this item needs to be wrapped in such heavy plastic. Don’t understand why it’s packaged like that. That being said I do really like this gel pad. Great for the wrist.
