I've had this about a week and a half and it is super comfy. The low rating is due to the black track pad part being a literal sticker. Not just stuck on a sticker. The adhesive does not stick well to the bendy silicone and came off. I am keeping it though since the wrist rest is very comfy for me and I like the texture feel

This was a gift and came in very "handy". I appreciate the gel wrist rest for my carpal tunnel and hope to use it for many years to come. Last one had fabric which pelled off so hope this one lasts longer.

For some reason the laser mouse (that I bought at the same time) doesn't work with this pad. It appears that the [ad may be to sticky for this mouse -- went back to the old foam pad and it works fine. Maybe there's a disclaimer that I missed in the fine print. Not a bad pad just the wrong combination apparently
