The Rest is comfortable. It relieves discomfort in my hands when pausing to review what I'm typing.

Just What She Needed!
on February 13, 2022

My friend broke her arm and wore her hand in a sling. The doctor said she could let her arm dangle but when she tried to use the keyboard her upper arm hurt. The wrist rest lets her put the weight of her arm on it instead of the muscles to hold it up and she can type freely. She is thrilled!

It's quite comfortable - but it doesn't stand up to cats' claws.

I bought one of these because I had purchased a new keyboard that was significantly taller than the one I'd been using before. The wrist rest worked well - until our three cats walked across it. The cats' claws caused lots of little punctures in the plastic which is causing the gel inside the rest to seep out. I'd love to know if someone makes a gel-based wrist rest with a cover that can stand up to cats.
