Not what I was expecting

From the picture of this item I was expecting a mouse pad that is roughly rectangular with the corners rounded. What I got was a perfect circle. Either the product picture is inaccurate or Staples shipped me the wrong item.

It does track well but my only complaint are the edges of this mouse pad. They are extremely irritating to your wrist after using it for an extended period of time. I edit a lot of photographs. It would be perfect if the edges were rounded and less abrasive to your wrist. I did have to take some fine sandpaper and sand the edges down so I could continue to use it.
