I wanted to like the wrist rest it felt good and seemed to be a great fit for my keyboard. But I had to return it because right out the box it had very strong and persistent mildew or mold like odor. When I retuned it I figured I maybe got a bad one. So I went back and I checked all the others and seeming they all had the same odor. So be warned.
Cheapest brand in stores. Good texture and material but a tad firm. Would be better if a little softer. But definitely helping save my wrists and palms in front of my laptop.
This rest is very helpful when I am doing data entry all day. My wrists aren't sore from being in one position.

Not Ergonomic/ Bad Design

This Wrist rest/Palm rest has an upward slope which puts the wrist in an upward bend/ upward extension position and causes noticeable and immediate strain in the wrist. The wrist rest should be 'flat' with no sloping. The wrist and hands should be maintained in a strait line with no bending in the wrist. This wrist rest does not have an ergonomic design and is a risk factor for awkward posture and cumulative trauma disorders of the wrist and hand. Do not use!
But this isn't. It doesn't have any memory as the title would suggest. It's hard and when my arm lays on it for quite a while I lift it and try to see if there is an indentation where my arm was laying. There isn't. Might as well save money and buy the gel filled ones.
