Not good with Logitech

The mouse is really nice and smooth but ever since I got it my mouse decided to take as double click any single click I make and that is very annoying. Double opens attachments pictures or anything you want to do! selects a complete word when moving in a document. I tested using a simple piece of white paper and that works better. Oh I've been using this mouse for a lot longer but lost the previous mouse pad I had.
