My husband did not have a mouse pad on his new keyboard tray. We share an office and I was going crazy hearing the "click click click" of his mouse. He taps it subconsciously! I'm just glad he finally has something underneath his mouse so we can work in quiet. Good price too.

I don't really know what to say about mouse pads. I like that they are 2 in the pack because these tend to wear out quick because they are thin. They do the job they are supposed to do and after all isn't that what counts?

Prices are too high for a specified retail store. You can find anything they have cheaper on Amazon or at Wal-Mart and it's the same product. Customer service is lacking as well. They spend their time fixing phones instead of helping customers who may have questions.
