We have three dogs and a cat and I do have to lint roll the pad frequently. I'm not sure if it just shows up on the pad or if the material attracts the animal hair. I lint brush it and it's fine. Good value as two were in the package.

The mouse pad seems OK. I want to single out the sales person in the computer area fo giving me good advice. My mouse on my I-mac was not working well on the last pad I bought at Staples (a picture of Pebble Beach). I mentioned this to him and he suggested the color BLACK. So I bought black and it works much better.
