I believe these are way too thin or something because in using the mouse which is also new it does not connect right if the pad is not flat on the table. If anything gets under the pad the mouse stops working.

Given that you can't find the old ones anywhere (with the thicker foam backing) I would have thought that these would have been at least a bit thicker. At least charging almost $8. Very disappointing.
