I was disappointed in how thin this mouse pad is. I purchased for one of our employees and he refused it. I found an older used one in the office he like much better.

Stong smell when new

This product had such a strong petroleum smell upon opening we had to leave it outside for a week. Still bothering some employees this could be a health issue as it is causing headaches!

Anything would be better than the one I got rid of. I do think that Staples could afford to give you a mouse pad when you spend hundreds on a new computer system.

Very Basic & Inexpensive

I needed a Mouse Pad that had NO designs on it to get in the way of the optical mouse. This was perfect all black and had just enough texture for the optical tracking to work; and inexpensive too.

I didn't think I'd ever use a mouse pad

I actually never thought I would use a mouse pad as I just used the desk/tabletop to move my mouse around. This pad makes it easier to use and especially my habit of having the mouse travel across the desk/tabletop. Now it remains in place and has stopped a bad habit that I had while using a mouse.
