When I initially purchased this it was uncomfortable compared to my old worn out hand rest. But after a few hours I couldn’t even tell it was there. If you spend any substantial amount of time at a workstation with a computer and need wrist support I recommend this one.

Picked up the pad for my wife - Staples had a buy one get one half off deal. Unfortunately they only had one pad in the store... Other than that the pad is fine so the 3-star rating is less for the pad than for the lack of ability to get the better deal.
