This is great if you want an alternative to memory foam or gel wrist rests. It's perfect if your keyboard wrist rest is too short to reach the number pad or to use with a mouse or adding machine. It's a little taller than most small wrist rests but if you use the gray side the fabric has more give and your wrist will sit lower. The gray and black sides have a different feel and level of support. The fabric does not grip the desk so you can easily slide and move it around as needed. The beads inside feel nice and the fabric feels cool and won't make your wrists sweat. Doubles as a low-noise fidget toy.
