it is what is ... the use of this completely personal and one person like could be others dislike. i use it to get a support while typing it can be used for mouse too depends on your comfortness.

Enjoying this every much. Considered a wrist rest attached to a mouse pad but like this better. I can move the wrist rest to where I need it which is not always right next to my mouse pad.

Beaded Wrist Rest

I spend a lot of time using a mouse with my desk top and using the touch pad to move the curser on my laptop. I have arthritis and I must use a wrist support of some sort to avoid cramps and sharp pains. I really like this product because it quickly adjusts as I move my wrist with both the desktop and the laptop. It is much more comfortable than the gel wrist rest that I used earlier. The gel support lost its flexibility within a month and it was not easy to clean off. It is soft and easy to clean.
