I bought this because I felt like my wrist needed support when mousing but it left my wrist high off the desk and the wrist ends up having to stay in contact with it i.e. hold it on the desk which I could see would lead to problems.

It's comfortable and the right size to replace my old wrist rest. However I only bought this because the description said non skid. I have a glass desk and this wrist rest slides like it's made of teflon. Every time I move my arm this just slides everywhere. Not happy.
