The mouse pad area is small and not good for applications where you need mouse movement (AutoCAD). The padding under the wrist is pretty firm something a bit softer would be better.

I bought this mouse pad online and was ready to be disappointed but I'm positively surprised. The gel is at a perfect height not too soft or too hard feels really good. My wrist doesn't hurt anymore and I can use the mouse for much longer times without feeling the discomfort I used to. Only downside is the width it could be wider.
