I am in the process of adjusting to the Gel Wrist Rest Mouse pad. So far I am appreciative of it - though its taking an effort. I believe its good for my wrist. I just need to acclimate to it. So far - - so good..

I am disappointed with my purchase because it is not comfortable. I have a mouse pad with a gel wrist rest at work that is wonderful and I expected this one to be like it. Instead the wrist pad is hard and too solid..not soft and comfortable like the one I have at work. I purchased it without being able to feel the flexibility of it because It was encased in a hard plastic container that prevented me from pressing on it. Would not recommend this product.

This mouse pad has a very basic but useful design. My wrist was starting to hurt from repeated use with my mouse. I had a habit of resting my wrist poorly and my wrist hurt. Now with this it keeps my wrist straight and helps me to avoid pain after long use of my mouse.

This is not very well made. It doesn't truly sit flat on the work surface. Edges curl up. The size is more for a kid (IMO). I'm not that happy with this item.
