I do like the pad surface design in general and the pad stays in place which I really like. But as many previously indicated the gel pad is kind of stiff. Also the pad itself is a bit short - approximately 6.5 inches from the edge of wrist pad. Would have preferred if it were about 1-2 inches longer. The width is perfect for the set up I have.
