When I took it out of the package I saw some small black marks or stains on the mouse pad. This is not good for a newly opened product. Furthermore it does not have a rich comfortable gel feeling.

It was difficult to assess the softness of the gel through the tint hole in the package; I got it anyway. After an hour of use the stiff “gel” created a painful pressure point in my wrist. I discontinued use and returned it to the store (which was amazingly stress free and easy). I’ll be shopping elsewhere for a pad that provides cushioning support without pain.

Vastly inferior to the gel mouse pad Staples used to carry for many years. What happened?? Its smaller and feels much rougher. Have to return it.
