Much more compact and just as comfortable as my old multi-part mouse pad with wrist cushion. Since it's one piece it's easy to slip into a computer case for travel.

Not sure if other people would find this helpful so heads up. The gel wrist rest was really firm. It didn't really help my wrist to be comfortable while I was on the computer. As a matter of fact it made my wrist hurt. Not sure if there are people out there who prefer firm wrist rest but if so then this product is for you. It wasn't for me so that's why the rating is low. Gave it a two star because the staff at the store who let me return this made it easy for me.
