From the moment I opened the package this mouse pad had an extremely foul smell. I couldn't tell if it was the fabric or the rubber backing but it was awful. I had to keep it on my garage until I return it; it was smelling up my home office.

It turns out to be in an awkward position for my hand at my desk. The slope at the upper end of the hand rest takes area away from the space needed to maneuver the mouse. I'm sorry I bought this. Your hand size may make a difference (mine is pretty big)..
