This is very comfortable to use and much easier that the separate wrist rest. It is not uncomfortable high and gives the proper support. I feel I can mouse for days without hurting now.

This is not very well made. It doesn't truly sit flat on the work surface. Edges curl up. The size is more for a kid (IMO). I'm not that happy with this item.
