Gel wrist pad but fabric covered so not sticky like more expensive plastic covered gel type. Works great. Only complaint is that it's three dollars more at store than listed on website.

The wrist portion was too hard. It should be more jelly-like. Its like a rock!

This definitely helps my wrist! Working so much at the computer was causing problems for me. This is a tremendous improvement!
