It meets my needs. Did not have a problem with the gel firmness. The pad area could have a larger area to avoid having to reset the position of the mouse as frequently. Time will tell how well the outer fabric holds up to occasional cleaning and day to day use.

Maybe I need to get used to it. I’ll give it a some more time. The area of the pad is smaller than I am used and I need to move it in order to keep the the “bump” to rest my wrist in place.
