This wrist rest is much narrower than my last one but it gets the job done for me. I'm a petite woman. Not sure if it would be wide enough for big guys.

This wrist rest is cloth covered gel. Which to me is awesome. Your hands / wrist don't slip as on non-cloth covered wrist rest. Just hope it doesn't crack and leak like my last wrist rest which was a gel and not cloth covered.
