This is a good gel wrist rest. Best price I could find on a gel wrist rest with a nylon top. The rubber bottom is good non-slip material. The top material is comfortable with a bit of friction. I think I'd like it smoother and on the slippery side on top but I've only had it a week. This could be an ergonomic design feature as touch-typing generally doesn't require you hands going all over the place. Not much give to it. So if you want a firm wrist rest this one is very good.

If you spend a lot of time using a keyboard I would recommend this keyboard rest. It really does make a difference. I matched it up with Staples mouse pad that includes a wrist rest and everything is now comfy.
