It has a kind of chemical smell even after leaving it out in the sun for a week. Also it’s wedge shaped and narrower than the usual size which I don’t like and the fabric is a little rough so overall not too happy.

I needed to find a wrist rest that would work well with the new taller mechanical keyboard I purchased so as to avoid any wrist trauma risk. I've experienced that in the past and don't want to take any changes. After a bit of online searching this looked like it would be comfortable and of the right size (length width and height relative to the keyboard) to do the job. The flexible cloth surface over the gel interior seems just right to me. So far . . . I'm very pleased! In fact I'm using the wrist rest with the new keyboard to type this review.

It's too long for my keyboard and way too hard on my wrists. I do like the softness of the covering on it but I wish I would have gone into the store to see it for myself instead of asking a coworker to pick it up for me. This is definitely a re-gift.
