Had to return this item to get my money back. Upon getting it out of the package I notices a strong chemical smell that gave me an immediate headache; apparently from the off-gassing due to the materials used. I also noticed that this wrist pad clung strongly to my desk and did not move easily if I tried to move my keyboard around; you actually have to peel it off the desk and re-position it if you want to move it. But the toxic smell was too much; couldn't use it at all. I tried to set it aside in some fresh air for a few days in hopes that the smell would go away but no such luck. I then put it in the trunk of my car to return it to Staples. It remained there for a few days before I could get to the store and I found that I could still smell it even in the cabin of my car!

The keyboard Wrist Rest that I have use for over 5 years was coming apart so I bought the Gel Keyboard Wrist rest. I am noticing that it indents easily and doesn't "bounce back". It is comfortable but I don't know how long it will last..
