Pad really smells

I'm not sure what they are making these pads out of but they really smell and burn my eyes and nose. The pad itself does the job it was intended for. I am concerned about the chemicals in the product.

The pad does what it's supposed to and nothing more. It is rather plain and cost a bit much for not having any special picture or detail about it. It works & that's about it other than being expensive.

I ordered this expecting a simple mousepad and I end up with this piece of art. It's simple blue design underscores the ease of moving the mouse around. Clicking becomes fun again.
