When your sitting at your desk or at any structure where you put this pad down it has a nice ergonomic feel and ease of movement for your mouse. It helps you to a feel relaxed by letting you daydream of getting away to Italy while you salve away on the cpu screen for hours...potentially. I know there is not "a lot" of investment in making the world greatest mousepad but with todays technology this picture could have been taken a little better and / or if it was transferred better to the fabric of the pad. I would still recommend it.

Sorry but this mouse pad was unusable and I returned it. The cork surface was too hard and my mouse did not work on it.
