New Mousepad Solved the Problem

My mouse was jumping around - I didn’t have the fine control that I should have had. I began to suspect the mousepad when I tried a different mouse and had the same result. Went to Staples got a new mousepad and Voila! Problem solved.

We purchased this to replace an old mousepad that made the mouse dart all over the screen virtually impossible to control. This new one is not much better at all; we shall keep looking
