This mousepad looks nice and would probably work well with a ball-type mouse. Using a laser-type mouse the cursor skips across the screen.

Do Not Buy. I am using a Microsoft optical mouse. The cursor jumps around the screen so badly that it cannot be used. I have better result using the mouse on the bare table top. I can use my old tattered pad and that does work.
